Where Jamaican Jerk Chicken meets American Southern style BBQ. We specialize in jerk chicken seasoned to the bone, and hot off the grill. To do this, we cook on site using our 'Meadow Creek BBQ42 Chicken Flipper'. This revolutionary mobile BBQ cooker can grill up to approximately 50 pounds of chicken leg-quarters at one time in approximately one hour. It cooks thoroughly and evenly because of the sandwich grate flipping design. This allows us to flip the whole batch of chicken together from side to side until it's perfectly well done. This produces succulent jerk and barbecue chicken. In addition, we chop our jerk leg quarters with a clever into at least 3-pieces once it is ordered to ensure it remains hot and moist, similar to Jamaican street food Pan-Man style. We also use two large mobile 'Pit Barrell PBX Cookers' on site to produce succulent chicken wings, and other cuts of meat. For catering or private event orders we also make jerk pork, Texas style smoked brisket, Texas style smoked turkey breast, NC style pork ribs, and NC style pulled pork.
