Our passion is to serve perfectly seasoned jerk chicken and delicious barbecue, all cooked on-site using our innovative mobile BBQ cookers. With roots in both Eastern North Carolina and Jamaica, we bring the best of both culinary worlds to your special events. Let us enhance your dining and create memories for you and your guests! We proudly serve the Maryland counties of Howard, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Carroll, Harford, Charles, and Baltimore, along with Baltimore City. For setup, we require a level area of 10 feet by 20 feet for our 10ft x 10ft popup tent and an additional 10 feet behind the tent for our grills and smokers. Whether it’s jerk chicken, barbecue chicken, or other cuts of meat, nothing beats the taste of freshly made food right off the fire!
